Wellness becomes more useful when it is thoughtful, understandable and designed for the life a person is actually living.

Begin with the serving

The first useful question is how much product a serving represents and how many servings the package contains. This gives context to every quantity that follows.

Look for clarity, not volume

A longer ingredient list is not automatically a stronger formula. Focus on ingredients that connect logically to the product’s stated purpose and are presented transparently.

Read claims with care

Responsible language supports normal structure or function without promising to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Documentation should match the exact finished product.
